Q: Where are the e-mails sent from (address)?

A: Sage Network uses a Sage-hosted email for outbound (one-way) communications, eliminating the need for you to have a dedicated accounts receivable email address. It is a “No-Reply” address. However, you can add your email address and contact details to your email / message before sending.

Q: Can I set up my own email?

A: Not at this time. We’ll be adding the ability to connect your accounts receivable email in the short term.

Q: How I can view the emails I’ve sent?

A: These messages are not stored, saved, or displayed within the application.

Q: Where is the list of emails I’ve sent?

A: You can see who you’ve invited to Sage Network and their use as well, but you are not able to view the exact message sent, at this time.

Q: What if someone replies to this email?
