While your access to the portal is a “Manager View,” you can send yourself a preview email from Sage Network to experience the improved customer portal firsthand. Just follow these steps:

  1. Select any transaction from your Transactions listing.
  2. Choose ‘Send Email,’ and replace your customer’s email with your own for testing purposes.
  3. Select “insert portal link” to the email.
  4. Click “Send and Close” – this will send the email out to your mailbox with a secure link.
  5. Click the link in your email.
  6. Voila! You’ll be able to explore your customer’s account portal!
