We’re only a week away now from Sage Intacct Advantage on October 16th through the 20th in Las Vegas. By now, you’re probably working on creating your session schedule. Maybe you’ve already gotten a jumpstart on packing or you’re browsing the internet to see where you hang out in Las Vegas on your night off.

One aspect you don’t have to worry about planning when headed to Sage Intacct is attending the general sessions. These are open to all Sage Intacct attendees and time is planned out to be sure you can sit in on it. But exactly who is going to speaking at these general sessions and what will they be talking about? We broke it down for you here.


On Wednesday, the first general session will be held bright and early from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. This session will set up the rest of the week for you, giving an introduction to what to expect at Advantage and giving you a sneak peek at what’s to come for Sage Intacct. The session will be led by Rob Reid, Executive Vice President at Sage Intacct, and accompanied by Blair Crump, President of Sage.

Those who have been using Intacct for a while will definitely want to be in attendance of this general session. Since the acquisition of Intacct by Sage, this will help to clear up any confusion on the future of Sage Intacct and keep you on track for what the roadmap of Sage Intacct looks like.


On Thursday, the general session will take place from 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This general session will include some exciting news from Kathy Lord, Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Sage Intacct, however, the most exciting part will be the appearance from Josh Linkner. Linkner is a top-rated keynote speaker that will be sure to get your inspiration juices flowing.

Linkner started his career building businesses. He was the founder and CEO of five tech companies, eventually having a combined value of over $200 million. To reach this major milestone, Linkner had to use unique tools to innovate and achieve high growth. Since this achievement, he has also invested in and helped grow over 100 other companies. He has helped raise over $150 million of venture capital and is the founding partner of Detroit Venture Partners, an organization focused on investing in tech startups to rebuild Linkner’s hometown of Detroit, Michigan. Linkner is also a two-time New York Times Bestselling Author.
