CHARDON, OH –(Marketwired – May 04, 2017) – Lockstep Collect today announced Innovate 2017 (www.e2btek.com/innovate-2017/), the inaugural Software User Group for the company’s automated accounts receivable products to be held in Cleveland, OH on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. The event builds on virtual user groups meetings established earlier this year providing live training and product road maps for existing customers using these products in their businesses. The company expects more than 150 attendees including existing customers, prospective customers, and business partners.
“Our customers requested a user group where they could meet other users, discuss how to better utilize the software, learn about new features, and provide input into future product releases,” said e2b teknologies CEO Bill Henslee. “We launched a virtual user group earlier this year and have had a tremendous response but many customers want to meet face to face in a forum where they can interact with other users and gain more insights into advanced features. And that’s why we created Innovate.”
